His merciful words in our ears,
and His loving Spirit in our heart.
theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn,
they will be comforted.
Blessed are the meek,
they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for what is right,
they will be filled.
Blessed are the merciful,
they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they will see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers,
they will be called the children of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
The good things we must have: belief, faith, mercy, and love all come from His loving Spirit that He gives us out of His mercy and His love for us as good parents do.
Father;
I desire goodness, but I fall short.
How can I love without a loving heart?
How can I be merciful when I do not feel forgiven?
How can I have faith, without knowing your faithfulness?
How can I believe, not knowing if you hear me?
I am helpless.
I do not even know what to pray for, or how.
I pray for Jesus and your loving Spirit to intercede for me.
Hear my prayer Father.
You have promised: when I am weak, you are strong.
I know there is nothing you can not do.
Only you can help me when I am weak.
So that I may see your faithfulness,
and know your promises are trustworthy and true.
So that I will no longer doubt that I am truly your child,
knowing you hear and answer my prayers.
And in your answer, show me what is right;
And needed, even when I don't see it.
And if you feel His loving Spirit,
So
Our Father in heaven,
holy is your name,
may your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us, as we have forgiven those who sinned against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil ones.
Do you watch when the doe bears her fawn?
the Lord delivers them in times of trouble.
that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.
So
We pray that these words are also heard with your heart. Which is our Fathers loving Spirit speaking within you. And we deeply pray that you cherish and hold on to His Spirit. If we lack love, then let us ask, having confidence it is our Fathers will and His promise to give us. Trust, be patient, and thankful.
When we are weak, having no-one except our Father to depend on, then our trust in His Promise to save us becomes strongest. Knowing the outcome will be according to His appointed time and good purpose for us exercises our faith, teaching us patience, holding onto our trust in Him our belief and faith grows as our prayers are answered. Our Father fulfills his promises to the humble and weak who turn to Him. But when we are strong, depending on our own efforts, our trust in our Father is not exercised and our faith does not grow. Not knowing His faithfulness we remain doubtful in our difficult times.
So when we are in need, asking for ourselves, then we are guided to seek His kingdom first, ask for His promised mercy, His understanding, and to receive the comfort of His loving Spirit instead of our broken heart. We then find confidence in our prayers knowing these are the good things He desires for us to have, and holding to His promise to give these to us, His children, freely. In Him and His promises we place our trust so that we grow in our belief and faith as He fulfills His promises for our benefit.
And if we do not ask for ourselves, but out of love we seek our Father's goodness for others, He will also bless us.
Please save and share this with those in need. โค๐
The light which carries the images we see from distant stars took time to reach us. We are seeing how the star looked when the image was created long ago. We are truly watching history.
Being closer to the star we would see a more recent age. To see further into the stars past, we only need to move farther away.
The entire life of the star is recorded within the images of light that fill the heavens.
The same is true of our history. Having a great telescope one light year away we could see what we were doing last year. We may even measure the vibrations of a nearby window or leaf to hear the sounds. Using different wavelengths we might even pear though walls and recover that password we lost! Grin
Space is not dark, it is filled with images since first light.
History is not lost, it is written upon our Heavenly Scroll.
Many have heard of Einstein's Relativity story where one twin brother flies off in a rocket and returns younger than his twin. How?
To better understand, let's take our rocket to the maximum speed which is the speed of light. At this speed space has fully collapsed where the starting and ending points have become the same location; so it takes no time to get there. I mean here.
"Ah!" I might claim, "I've traveled a great distance and from a distant past in a short time."
"Not to me" replied my new found friend. "I saw you every night in my telescope for years."
How much space we see and how much time we experience depends to our speed. Only us slow-moving turtles see beginnings and ends as separate.
The wavelengths that determine the different colors we see are the tiny distances between electron bands around atoms.
Imagine.
We can see the tiniest atomic distances with our bare eyes.
A C# on a violin will sound different than a C# on a piano. This is because the instrument also vibrates and encodes its physical structure onto the C# waveform.
Imagine.
We are able to recognize forms and shapes with only our ears.
We know truth by its clarity, simplicity and obviousness.
UNDERSTANDING - our Mind
KNOWLEDGE - our Senses
WISDOM - our Perspective
FREEDOM - in our Desires
Changing Viewpoints:
The best kept secrets hide in the obvious where they are easily overlooked.
With a clear view, answers become obvious
As when we re-framed a question that answered itself
We knew the answer all along
We know it's right by its clarity
Simple, eloquent, obvious
We only needed to see it in the right light
Or ask the right question
And if we already know, then it is not a problem we need reason to solve again, instead inspiration relies on our recognition of its obviousness and clarity to know if it is true.
Our perspective, including attitude, can both distract, or reveal the many answers that we instinctively know.
So if our answer is not shouting "That's it!" we're most likely not looking at it right, still. And when we do say "I knew that! It is so obvious now." we have found a clear view.
The trick is to find the perspective that reveals the truth.
Elephants are big, best to walk around.
In practice, the more perspectives we visit, the quicker we learn what is right and wrong since truth is foundational and persistent in all perspectives. We may also discover the things that not consistent are often a manifestation only unique to one viewpoint.
Where is naivete and mystery in all-knowing? They do not exist.
Only when knowledge is separated, will naivete manifest.
Our naivete makes us prone to error. What good is being naรฏve?
Naivete gives us the life we desire..
In all-knowing where is awe, wonderment, mystery and intrigue?
Is there real choice when the best one is always obvious?
Is there no more surprise followed by laughter?
Why do we say "Shh.. don't tell me how it ends?"
Seeing our naivete is a precious gift to have when life is eternal:
"May there always be something new to discover and experience?"
How can God experience such things unless He lives through us.
Where is innocence found but through the eyes of a child?
Our learning reveals the temporary nature of our mindfulness.
Do we still focus on tying our shoes or are we often thinking of something else?
Our focus on something also acts as a filter as we become oblivious to other matters. Be ever mindful that it is our viewpoint, our perspective that selects what we see.
We then understand..
Love is all giving and all-sustaining.
Love expresses itself in many ways.
Love is Freedom.
There are no social, legal, or even divine laws against these. Who objects?
Love is Spirit that brings to life and sustains. Our mind reasons while our spirit compels. Expressing our motive, intent and desire.
"A loving spirit"
Looking at ourselves we find that we are mericful of wrongs done with good intent but not for ill intent. Proper judgement is not about what we say or do: Be it right or wrong. If we did it out of love or kindness, it is then our spirit, our intent that justifies us, and deserves mercy. But even if what we said is true; perhaps we said it out of anger or spite, then it was our ill intent that compelled us that brings judgment from others. And rightly so.
I am convinced we can say anthing, it is the way we say it that is acceptable or not. The mind reasons, the spirit compels. Our spirit is not mindful as we see neither love nor anger care about reason. So lets not argue with poor intent, it has already been judged and we have authority over it.
Truth through Love, watch how this couple teases, find our own way that everyone is comfortable with. It's all about our attitude, and being merciful instead of keep going, or even starting. Watch how this couple handles their differences and watch their spirit, and how they stop out of mercy. And how the other forgives letting it go if they go too far. Caution, the video covers very SENSITIVE marriage topics and language. Video: A couples reaction to Sinbad's comedic skit on marriage
In life, we discover we can do what others can not and have no need to do what others can. If everyone was like me, a lot would not get done.
Do not fret over things others are better at.
Find what you are gifted in.
HELPING OTHERS..
~Robert Kiyosaki
What our Father truly desires:
And
"We must have Faith!"
Indeed, but does our faith come from His faithfulness?
Most everything we do today is done out of faith. Such as we keep on walking without slowing down as we flip the wall switch expecting the light to come on. We are not surprised that the light came on, we expected it. That's faith. We are instead momentarily surprised if it didn't happen. Which is more faithful, the wall switch or the light bulb? Do we have more faith in the switch so we first suspect the less faithful light bulb?
Is it then the faith we have in our key that caused the front door to open? Or do we instead display our faith by using the key? It does seem foolish to put faith in things we know are not faithful.
"We must Believe!"
Even our Belief comes from our Father.
"We must repent!"?
Repent simply means to change our mind as our Father has done on a few occasions.
Was it us who changed our mind? Or did our Father give us the reason and desire to change? Did we repent first, or was it His gift that changed our mind, and heart?
As a parent, which our Father is, and we are made in His likeness, consider being a rancher in the 1800's with two twin boys who are reaching the age to ride a horse. We first show them how to sit in the saddle, how to use the stirrups and horn to hold on, using the reigns to guide the horse, trot, gallop, and how to lean forward and rock back using the saddle horn for jumps.
Both, still young and smaller in the saddle, take more than a few tumbles falling off. It's expected.
Now imagine one son is very apologetic, taking the time to stop and tell us what they did wrong; "I'm sorry!"
But our second son doesn't apologize, instead he gets back on the horse and tries again.
Now, if we had an emergency and needed to send one to fetch the doctor, which son would we have more confidence in?
Seeing our own child's determination and persistence, seeing they have the desire to get it right, is this more desirable than apologies? Did their desire and efforts still make us proud although they are not perfect?
There are sometime one or two who pick it up naturally. Ahead of the class. But our Father has made us diverse in our gifts. Given the right conditions, we may be at the head of the class while they struggle. So we should not envy others who have gifts we don't have, and be merciful when others can not do what we can. If everyone was like me, a lot would not get done.
To fear the lord has two meanings rolled together. It is the same root meaning as we either respect fire, or we soon tremble at its power. His children respect our father, knowing there is no fear in Love, only others who do not respect His nature will tremble.
Fear ืืจืื:
b. awesome or terrifying thing (object causing fear)
c. fear (of God), respect, reverence, piety
Proverbs 8:13
To fear the Lord is to hate evil.
There are many disagreements in the Christian community as to when the rapture will occur, while others claim there is no rapture.
A good description of a rapture is found in Paul's first letter to the Thessalonians..
Without guessing, we find two separate end-time events in Revelation where we see Saints in Heaven. Using the Revelation timeline of Seals, Trumpets, then Vials, the first occurrence is in the 6th Seal.
The second occurrence is first of two harvests at the end of Trumpets. Separating the wheat from the chaff.
The two events where we find saints in heaven, the earlier and the latter, also fits well with the message to the Angels of the last two of the seven churches.
The English word 'rapture' comes from the Portuguese Bible 'rapturo'. Rapturo being the Portuguese translation for Harpazo that is found in Revelation 12 concerning end-times prophetic events.
There is a great debate over the above verse asking if the verse is a reference to Jesus in the past, or is it describing the rapture of the church during the end-times.
Unfortunately, the child having an iron scepter does not help us clarify if this is Jesus or the Church.
Since Jesus says to the Angel of the church in Thyatira
So let's keep looking while asking is it Jesus or the Church.
Snatched up: Harpazo
If we believe our Fathers Word is not loosely written, then intentionally using a word which means being snatched out of the way, by force seems very different than Jesus' ascension to Heaven.
Taken up: Anaphero
Taken up: Epairo
In Genesis 1:14, we find the following passage regarding the stars:
The word "Mow'ed" in this verse, translated as 'season,' is of particular interest as it is used elsewhere in the Bible to refer to God's appointed times and feasts. The word "Mow'ed" can be defined as "appointed time, sacred season, set feast, appointed season" (from Strong's Number: 04150). Mow'ed is also used in the OT for God's appointed feasts (holidays) for Israel, such as first fruits.
The verse "'And her Child was caught up to God and His throne'" in Revelation 12:5 is crucial, as it contains the Greek word "Harpazo," meaning "carried off by force, snatched out or away, to eagerly claim for oneself."
Is the child Jesus, or the Church?
As the Bethlehem star announced the birth of Jesus, an end-times event described in Revelation 12:1-2 paints another vivid picture of a significant celestial sign:
Child: Gaster
The womb.
Child: Huios
Used for both the child Jesus, and the Church
A son, mature male offspring, generally used of the offspring of men, a descendant, used to describe one who depends on another or is his follower
Son of man, used to describe Adam, carrying the connotation of weakness and mortality, used by Christ himself, used by Paul to describe those who are born again.
New Testament writers always used (Huios) to refer to Jesus, except for one time in quoting Mary who called young Jesus her son (Teknon)
Child: Teknon
Used to describe the Church by NT writers, only once for the child Jesus in quoting Mary who had lost her son Jesus in Jerusalem.
A child, commonly referring to an infant or adolescent, male and female
Children of God: in the OT of "the people of Israel" as especially dear to God, in the NT, in Paul's writings, all who are led by the Spirit of God and thus closely related to God.
In the NT, pupils or disciples are called children (Teknon) of their teachers.
The votaries of wisdom, those souls who have, as it were, been nurtured and molded by wisdom
Also used for cursed children, seduced by wickedness and without a change of heart are doomed to God's wrath or penalty
A similar telling of two births is recorded in the Old Testament. One before labor, and another during labor.
Child: Zakar [OT Hebrew]
Children: Ben [OT Hebrew]
The phrase "'And her Child was caught up to God and His throne'" in Revelation 12:5 is crucial, as it contains the Greek word "Harpazo," meaning "carried off by force, snatched out or away, to eagerly claim for oneself." While previous attempts to predict the rapture date have often been flawed, we can discern that saints are seen in heaven on two occasions in Revelation: first, just before the sounding of the Trumpets (Seal 6, Revelation 7), and second, after the Trumpets, for those who refused the mark of the beast (Between Trumpets and Vials, Revelation 14).
"And her Child (Teknon) was caught up to God and His throne." Referring to an adolescent child, Teknon, including both male and female, being caught up has many references describing the church, but only once used by Mary referring to Jesus as her child. Since the disciples always use Huios to describe the child Jesus, it was deliberate to use the mature child Huios as the one who will rule with a rod of iron then in the same sentence change to the infant and adolescent child Teknon used to describe the church as the one being caught-up.
At the time of Jesus' birth, a celestial 'sign' appeared in the heavens we know as the Bethlehem star. Wise men, aware of the prophecy surrounding His arrival, watched for this sign and correctly discerned its significance. Likewise, Revelation 12 describes an event, often associated with a rapture (Harpazo), occurring at the end of a feast when Israel anticipates the resurrection of the dead. The alignment of this rapture event with the feast strongly suggests it symbolizes the birth of the body of Christ, often referred to as the Church.
This celestial sign, which manifested on September 23, 2017, gains even greater significance as other end-time prophecies unfold. We appear to be approaching the tribulation period, known as Daniel's Seventh Week, the Day of the Lord, and Jacob's Trouble. The Revelation 12 sign in the heavens is expected during this period, making it a unique and highly anticipated event.
The phrase "'And her Child was caught up to God and His throne'" in Revelation 12:5 is crucial, as it contains the Greek word "Harpazo," meaning "carried off by force, snatched out or away, to eagerly claim for oneself," in the original text. While previous attempts to predict the rapture date have often been flawed, we can discern that saints are seen in heaven on two occasions in Revelation: first, just before the sounding of the Trumpets (Seal 6, Revelation 7), and second, after the Trumpets, for those who refused the mark of the beast (Revelation 15).
It's important to note that the Revelation 12 sign is rooted in the Scriptures, particularly in Isaiah 66 and Revelation 12, where two births are described: one before labor and one during labor. Isaiah 66 clarifies that the birth of the "male child" occurs before labor, while the other birth involves children born during labor. This distinction provides a clearer understanding of these events.
Isaiah 66:7 states,
In Revelation 12:5, we read,
This connection between the "male child" being caught up (Harpazo) before labor and the subsequent birth of children during labor aligns with the interpretation that the first birth represents the rapture before the tribulation (Seal 6), while the latter birth represents the tribulation saints who endured the trials (Revelation 15) as also suggested by the messages to the last two of the seven churches in Revelation 3.
The message to the angel of the 6th church is they will not go through the trial;
While the message to the angel of the 7th and final church is they will be tested;
Furthermore, in Revelation 2, Jesus entrusts the "rod of iron" mentioned in the Revelation 12 sign to the Church, symbolizing the male child. According to Scripture, Jesus is the head of the Church, and believers collectively constitute the body of Christ, defined by their indwelling by the Holy Spirit.
It's worth noting that Jesus' ascension is distinct from the term "Harpazo" (caught up) used in Revelation 12.
The Feast of Trumpets, where the Revelation 12 sign occurred, holds significance as it is known as the "hidden feast" since its date is determined by the sighting of the new moon by two witnesses. The Feast of Trumpets concludes with the sounding of the final trumpet, Tekiah Gedolah, marking the end of the day and the beginning of a new one.
1 Corinthians 15:52 mentions the rapture, emphasizing its suddenness:
The Feast of Trumpets is also associated with the resurrection of the dead, the crowning of the king, and the beginning of judgment. This aligns with 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, describing the rapture event.
In summary, the Revelation 12 sign in the heavens, occurring during the Feast of Trumpets in 2017, has profound biblical significance and aligns with various prophecies related to the rapture, judgment, and the events leading up to the tribulation period. It is essential to approach these interpretations with care and reverence for Scripture while acknowledging the mystery surrounding the exact timing of these events.
Both our legal and divine laws contain two important foundations for us to understand.
The important difference is that the letter of the law, such as a traffic ticket, can only accuse. Whereas the intent or spirit of the law exercised by the judge has the authority to decide; innocence and guilt, mercy or punishment.
The same difference applies to anyone being accused. The difference between what they said or did, and the motive, intent, and desire that compelled them to do it. What is being judged is not so much the act, but the motive that compelled them. Was it done out of good intent or ill intent?
To get a clearer picture of how this works, let's try it out. Where we get to be the judge..
Your Honor, I illegally jaywalked in the middle of the street to save a small child about to wonder into traffic from the other side as the officer will testify. The question before the court is if my good intention deserves punishment, or did my good intent justify my action as right and acceptable even though I broke the traffic law? Does my good intent deserve mercy and fairness?
By the very nature that our heavenly Father has put in us, We know good intent does not deserve punishment.
Even at home and with friends; What we say may be wrong, but it is how we said it, our attitude that brings us acceptance, or stirs up objections and arguments. Even if what we said was true, it is our intent that brings judgment.
Until recently, there were no legal or divine laws for what we do to ourselves. Nor are there any laws against good intent.
Good and proper laws, especially punishments, should only pertain to our poor or ill intent towards others. Good intent is free to do the good it wants to do. As goodness is always considerate of others.
But
Our oaths and promises become laws unto ourselves. Everyone expects us to keep our promises; Including our Father.
If we break one promise, how can they trust any promises we make?
"Don't complicate prayer. It is simply talking to God and God talking back to you through His Word. That's all prayer is. Sometimes it is Father, Baba, Abba, Daddy [depending on where you are from]. That changed my whole prayer life. It is so seemingly small but made a big difference in my prayer life when I started calling my heavenly Father Baba. I just walk, and I just talk to my Father in Heaven. Sometimes we just cry out to Him, not so much in words; Charles Spurgeon called tears 'liquid prayers' a cry from your heart and God hearkens to the voice of your cry. He hears your prayer. It's simple. Don't complicate it."
Paul Said:
If I illegally jaywalked to save a child; Should I be punished? Or would you instead say my motives were justified and innocent even though I broke the law? See, the letter of the law only accuses, it is the spirit of the law that properly decides.
Those who desire to only rule by the letter of the law will always find exceptions. Else the law becomes a tyrant.
If we have not read My Promise at Jackie.Blue, this would be a very good time.
"The Plain of the Shepherds is a desert, paved with loose stones, void of vegetation, glaring in the fierce sun. Only the music of the angels it knew once could charm its shrubs and flowers to life again and restore its vanished beauty. No less potent enchantment could avail to work this miracle."
The Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Israel in 1948 was proclaimed by David Ben-Gurion. The declaration was made in Tel Aviv, at the Tel Aviv Museum.
"Yes; but it takes a great deal of time. Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover", the Zionist movement, the purchase of lands in Israel, the Balfour Declaration, and the United Nations' decision to partition Palestine, leading to the establishment of the State of Israel.

Damascus
Many are wondering if the prophecy against Damascus in Isaiah 17, being the current capitol of Syria and one of our oldest cities existing in Biblical times, as also being one of the prophesied "hooks" at the start of Ezekiel 38 that draws many nations to war against Israel in the first Gog-Magog war of Ezekiel 38-39.
Of note, Russia is already fighting in Syria support and protect the Syrian Government. The US is also in Syria fighting Islamic Terror groups often in the news being helped by Iran. the terrorist organizations looking to completely destroy and remove Israel by their many admissions to do so and are currently attacking Israel from Syria and Gaza [2024]. Some argue the safe passage is being permitted passage by both Syria and Iran who are close Russian allies. Israel in turn is currently bombing these terror groups in Syria.
The Many Nations
Bible Archeologist and Researchers are mostly in agreement as to the modern areas who occupied the ancient lands of Phut, Cush, and Persia. There are a few disagreements and uncertainties as to the locations of Meshech, Tubal, and Togarmah. And a bit of debate on the location of Magog in the north. The location of Gomer and Beth Togarmah is mostly uncertain.
2 Gog-Magog Wars
There are 2 Gog-Magog wars mentioned in the Bible, each having different circumstances and endings. The 1st Gog-Magog war is given by the Prophet Ezekiel 38-39 in the Jewish Old Testament while the book of Revelation in the Christian New Testament does not mention the first war, or when. Ezekiel speaks of an end times war saying Israel will burn the weapons of their adversaries as fuel for

The Book of Enoch is from a collection of Jewish apocalyptic writings including Daniel found in the Bible. It contains several passages that describe teaching humanity by the sons of God, the fallen angels or "Watchers", including instructions on metalworking, cosmetics, war, and divination. Here are some of the key passages in the Book of Enoch that describe these teachings:

โYou are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.โ
The Great Tribulation as described in Seal 6 is also told by Jesus as recorded in Matt 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 included below. Also included are Jewish Old Testament prophets Ezekiel and Isaiah. Lastly, each of the 7 Churches in Revelation 3-4 is included in order with each seal for additional insights to each seal.

Revelation 12:5-6 contains the verse that contains "harpazo" meaning "caught up" and is translated into Portuguese as "Rapturo" from which the English word "Rapture" originated. The "rapture" refers to Gods children who are alive also being caught up to heaven when the dead in Christ are raised. As we see saints are in heaven in the 6th Seal, the rapture should have occurred then, or before.

Many believe the 2 witnesses will minister the 1st half of the seven years and not the latter. Mentioning the 2 witnesses during trumpets likely means their ministry is during trumpets.

Let the earth hear, and all that is in it,
the world, and all that comes out of it!
The Lord is angry with all nations; his wrath is on all their armies.
He will totally destroy them, he will give them over to slaughter.
Their slain will be thrown out, their dead bodies will stink;
the mountains will be soaked with their blood.
All the stars in the sky will be dissolved
and the heavens rolled up like a scroll;
all the starry host will fall like withered leaves from the vine,
like shriveled figs from the fig tree.
My sword has drunk its fill in the heavens.
Revelation 12 & 13 tells of a sequence of events starting with the dragon but do not describe when the events occur other than having happened by the time the abomination occurs. As with the heavenly sign of the woman that occurred on Sept 2017 but the sign of a red dragon did not happened at that time. In looking for the fall of Satan in the revelation seals and trumpets, the 5th trumpets falling star opening the abyss from which the antichrist emerges is the best description in Revelation that resembles Satan's fall, and fits well with the arrival of antichrist who was, and was not, and comes again out of the abyss to which the fallen dragon gives his authority and throne.

The Antichrist may have already established a 7yr covenant with many nations before the king emerges from the abyss comming next. Some have suggested it is the spirit of Satan possesses the Antichrist as they are both spoken of in the same light.
Satan will soon give his authority to the antichrist so we know they are not the same being. Yet, many references in Revelation describe their authority as acting together. Similar to Jesus only says what our Father tells Him and only does what our Father shows him. In all things, Jesus only does the will of our Father.
The 2nd beast from the abyss, from the earth, also called the 8th king, or little horn, is the beast to which the dragon and the 10 kings give their authority and thrones to. Not the beast from the sea that describes a beast kingdom over people and nations.

Revelation says both the dragon and 10 kings give their authority to the beast. The beast that receives the authority is likely the beast from the abyss, the spirit of antichrist and the 8th king. Also known as the little horn and king of the north who breaks his 7 year treaty after 3.5 years, attacks Israel as now happening, and will eventually declare himself to be God in Gods Temple. "The abomination that causes desolation", being the 7 vials of Gods wrath coming next.
Growing in power south and east makes sense if the beast kingdom is from Europe, who are beginning to openly repeat that old lie that Satan is the true God who gives us knowledge. Old, because this comes from Babylon and earlier text whose leaders declared them self to be sons of gods having stories similar to the fallen angels having children with our women and teaching man dark secrets.
The beast "Out of the earth" may be another reference to the beast from the bottomless pit, the abyss. Different than the 7 headed beast "out of the sea" defined as kingdom of people and nations. The beast of the sea is the last kingdom that the beast from the abyss will rule.

The beast is a complex image to understand. One problem is the description of 4 different sets of kings in Revelation. So let us summarize each.
In summary; the beast describes the last kingdom (7th head) and a second beast coming from the earth, the abyss as the coming 8th king who once was returns in everyone's amazement along with 10 kings without a kingdom in wait to give their authority to the 2nd beast (8th king).
A difference is seen between the description of the Dragon who has 7 crowns on the dragons 7 heads while the beast that comes from the sea (people) wearing 10 crowns on the horns of the 7 heads.
Many point out the current European Union whose organizations rule over Europe but do not have a kingdom themselves, Others point to the Revised Roman Empire of which 3 or 10 European families were killed or dispersed leaving 7 large families (7 heads of the beast) who became the nations of Europe during the "Migration of Nations" following Emperor Justinian of the eastern Roman Byzantine Empire conquest and re-establishment of the western Revived Holy Roman Empire nations now ruled by a Christian Pope to rule over the largest 7 remaining European family-nations. Also noting the Vatican has no kingdom of it's own.

Placing the mark of the Beast here is only a reference to the emerging antichrist kingdom and may actually occur any time.
Wounded by the sword may refer to the world financial collapse under it's burden of escalating debt. Money printing. Governments are now living on opening credit cards (treasury bonds) to pay credit cards (payments due). The value of the dollar is collapsing in the same way as everyone having 100,000 diamonds. Who needs another one? I would rather keep my carton of eggs, but thank you. The fall in the dollars value is seen in prices going up. Inflation. Yet the same amount of eggs will buy you a nice suit as it did 20 years ago. Their values are not changing, it's the dollar. If most everyone is broke as many world economist are forecasting, there will be deflation when no one can afford it even if selling cheaper than it took to make it. Small company go bankrupt from their cost and world supply shortages. Government focus will be on essentials.

She has become a dwelling for demons
and a haunt for every impure spirit,
a haunt for every unclean bird,
a haunt for every unclean and detestable animal.
For all the nations have drunk
the maddening wine of her adulteries.
The kings of the earth committed adultery with her,
and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries.โ
โโWoe! Woe to you, great city,
you mighty city of Babylon!
In one hour your doom has come!โ
โThe merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her because no one buys their cargoes anymore.
โโWoe! Woe to you, great city,
dressed in fine linen, purple and scarlet,
and glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls!
In one hour such great wealth has been brought to ruin!โ
โโWoe! Woe to you, great city,
where all who had ships on the sea
became rich through her wealth!
In one hour she has been brought to ruin!โ
โRejoice over her, you heavens!
Rejoice, you people of God!
Rejoice, apostles and prophets!
For God has judged her
with the judgment she imposed on you.โ
โWith such violence
the great city of Babylon will be thrown down,
never to be found again.
The music of harpists and musicians, pipers and trumpeters,
will never be heard in you again.
No worker of any trade
will ever be found in you again.
The sound of a millstone
will never be heard in you again.
The light of a lamp
will never shine in you again.
The voice of bridegroom and bride
will never be heard in you again.
Your merchants were the worlds important people.
By your magic spell all the nations were led astray.
In her was found the blood of prophets and of Godโs holy people,
of all who have been slaughtered on the earth.โ
โHallelujah!
Salvation and glory and power belong to our God,
for true and just are his judgments.
He has condemned the great prostitute
who corrupted the earth by her adulteries.
He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.
And again they shouted:
โHallelujah!
The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever.โ
โAmen, Hallelujah!โ
โPraise our God,
all you his servants,
you who fear him,
both great and small!โ
Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting:
โHallelujah!
For our Lord God Almighty reigns.
Let us rejoice and be glad
and give him glory!
For the wedding of the Lamb has come,
and his bride has made herself ready.
Fine linen, bright and clean,
was given her to wear.โ
